Career Coaching

Coaching is a unique process that can be customized to fit your needs but usually follows this progression:

Initial Meeting

This session will discuss your current challenges, strengths, and goals for working with a career coach. This meeting aims to get to know where you are currently and where you want to go.

Customized Strategy Plan

You and NicAnne will develop a strategic plan to help you achieve the goals you outlined in your initial meeting. This will be our road map, helping us focus on the key development areas that are most important to you.

Coaching Sessions

Coaching sessions can be biweekly for 2 hours or once a week for 1 hour. You will complete a Preparation Form ahead of each meeting to outline your wins and losses and any specific issues to want to discuss in your next session.

Resume Review (Optional)

NicAnne partners with Roxane Tran, a certified resume professional, for resume reviews. (This is not included in NicAnne's fee. The resume review is an additional $249.)
